Dear Alan

 

I thought I would write to you and hope that you include this letter on your web site.

 

I have known you for a number of years and as you are aware I have suffered with sciatica for the past 7 years.  Only those who suffer with that condition truly understand the pain and the immobility it causes.

 

I have seen nearly every chiropractor, osteopath and specialist in the West Midlands, all have offered short-term solutions.  I have even had a course of injections directly into my spine.

 

I have lost count the number of times you have offered me Reiki healing and have never taken you up on your offer.  I have never made it a secret that I am very sceptical about alternative healing methods, the thought of healing with angels and crystals, well just let me leave it at that!

 

About a month ago, during a particular painful bout of sciatica and I have to admit out off desperation, I agreed to come and see you for a session of Reiki.

 

You acknowledged my scepticism and assured me that all I had to do was to relax, so relax I did.  What followed next was the most surreal one and a half hours of my life.  There was no laying of hands or injections, but I felt empowered by the most wonderful feeling I have ever experienced.  Never before have I felt so relaxed, every sense appeared to be totally overloaded by music, sounds, and smells coupled with the visions you created in my mind were overwhelming.  Your calming manner and extremely professional approach to Reiki was incredible. At one point I felt as if I had left my body and was looking down on myself. 

 

I can’t explain what you did that day, but whatever it was I now understand why you are so passionate about the healing power of Reiki.  You really have an exceptional gift.

 

I would love to be able to say that I left your house totally pain free, that was not the case, in fact I left in as much pain as I arrived.  But later that same evening I realised that I was no longer in pain and experienced the best night sleep I have had for years.

 

I have now gone for a month totally pain free, not even a twinge in my back.

 

I am a 48-year-old Police Officer, with 27 years service and have experienced most of life’s experiences and met a lot of its more ‘colourful’ characters.  However my experience that day left me speechless.

 

I am sure that there are a lot of people out there, mainly men like myself, who are just as suspicious as I was about this style of healing, it must be a machismo thing.  But let me assure you all, please don’t dismiss it.  As I say I really did this out of desperation after trying all conventional methods, I wish I had tried it years ago.  I will be booking another session soon.

 

Alan assures me that he can heal with the power of positive energy, let Alan work his unique gift…..Give it a go, believe me you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I felt to put everyone on my testimonial as everyone should connect with the Divine energy that is Alan, if not for healing or guidance, or his energy and enthusiasm, then definitely for his presence.  To be in the presence of such divine energy is to see yours reflected back, it has been an honour for me to work with Alan in a number of roles including that of teacher and healer.  I found his ability to channel, and be open to the channelled energy of other teachers and healers to be a breath of fresh air, especially at a time when many are in fear of sharing and growth through unity consciousness. 

I feel I wish to spend some time talking of Alan’s hands hmmm! Should you ever meet him you will sense the power of the Divine flowing through them, so much so that during one healing session he touched my heart in such a profound way my gratitude was felt by all the angels.  Thank you Alan for your divinity, for owning your power as one with the Divine, for your love, compassion and personal growth, honouring that as you grow so you assist all around you in their personal growth, including mine. 

A final word if I may, Alan has always been a strong channel for Spirit, manifesting very strongly in his personally written meditations.  If you give one gift of love to yourself this week, give yourself the presence of this earth angel, let him guide you into meditation, either on a one to one basis or organise a group, then expect the unexpected.

The subject of Aura Photography is something many people find very fascinating but equally hard to understand, how can a mere photographic image display the field of energy around a person never mind explaining and understanding the colours we have and how they change.

My name is David Wharmby; I am one of the organisers who are involved with Parafest. Parafest is a small stepping-stone in the greater works of Spirit, it is designed to bring together people from all walks of life and backgrounds to learn of and understand Spirit and the purpose they ask of us.

 As a result we now hold regular meditation and development groups and we decided to invite Alan Payne of I Am Healing with Angels to come along and demonstrate. Alan himself works as a channel for Spirit in the capacity of healer but also has finely tuned an understanding of the Auric Field around us all and this we were privileged to witness when he came to meet some of group on Saturday 9^th June.

I had only ever chatted with Alan via e-mail but found him to be a most pleasant gentleman [I say gentleman because once you meet him you will understand why], he contacted myself in respect of the work we are doing for Spirit concerning Parafest and therefore felt him ideal to choose to demonstrate Aura Photography and we were not disappointed.

Alan is one of the most gentle of souls I have the pleasure to meet and he portrayed this in his manner whilst placing all at ease and through his explanation of the results that were taken, the reading he gave also made me feel a little pride in the knowledge that he was re-affirming to all many of the things Spirit had given to me to aid their progression and development.

  Alan is indeed a man in tune with Spirit and even his emotions as he worked this night, it was a pleasure and honour to have him with us and we look forward to working with them both more in the near future.

I was suffering with chronic stress which would manifest as pains in my right leg, insomnia, and severe stomach cramps.
