What Does 2012 Mean? by David Wharmby

As you have read previously much of what Parafest is about, you will see reference to 2012 as being the conclusion of these events, but not the conclusion of what these events represent.

2012 is a date in history that many have predicted as being the End of Time, a date in which our World will end, in fact if you look over the search engines or even You Tube you see much claim to this, but and if were all honest, 2012 is not the end of life as we know but the beginning of a new life, a new era.

Parafest was inspired by Spirit to aid Spirit beings to cross into their respectful places, helping many, that for varying reasons haven’t crossed into the Light at the time of physical death, but to now begin doing so for what lies ahead. These souls are being crossed in many cases for the purpose of rebirth, being reborn to take a stand in our World, a stand that will, overtime lead to re-establishing a World of harmony, balance and of Peace.

Many will have undoubtedly heard of Indigo, Crystal or even Rainbow children that are being born as we speak [unsure what I refer too? enter Indigo Child into Google for clarification], these children are being born with a greater awareness, both Spiritually and Physically, these children as you grow to know them you will see are very advanced for their years, they are very sensitive to people, animal life and even the plight of society.

 These children are the ones that will follow in our footsteps, aware more so of the need of change in our World and will in turn begin forging together to make these changes.

As spoken so many times previously, we live in a World that is full of insecurity, a World full of desperation, people are dying every minute from the lack of basics in life, be it water, food, medical care, also from WAR, Terrorism, Climate Change the list is endless. Yes we hear of how Governments pledge to make changes to resolve these issues, but these pledges have been made since History began and still we are faced with them not improving but worsening as each day passes, no real wonder certain people feel that by 2012 we will have destroyed ourselves.

So we as a race of logical thinking individuals, must wake up to realise that any changes lie not in the hands of Governments but in our own hands, we have for far too long sat back and waited and waited for change to come, be it from a Godly answer or some other Superior source, but in all essence the only answer lies with those who have contributed to the problem, this is of course mankind itself.

Do you not feel that it is time to STOP, War to END hunger, famine and poverty within our World and if you say yes then it is up to you to assist in these changes that must be made. Of course I agree that these changes cannot be made unless mankind begins to recognise that it is themselves in which change firstly needs to be made, a change firstly of understanding how they can become actively involved to cause the effect needed. Do you truly want to think that unless we do something now, that our own children and children’s children could end up exactly as described above, the reality is that unless we do something then it is inevitable.

2012 marks the date in which more people will have come forward guided by Spirit to accept responsibility, will come forward united and willing to begin the restoration.

Parafest 2012 will be a World Event known as the World Peace Event, in which Spirit have asked we gather together united as one family to work together to begin the New Era.

Did you know that the length of time it has taken you to read this through that over 110 people have died, that’s equivalent to 153,000 each and every day.

 The time of change is here and it is now!

Brothers and Sisters, Mothers and Fathers, all components of a family unit and I am privileged to have found through my journey the importance of Family and I do not merely mean in the physical sense but more so in the Spiritual one.

There’s an old saying ‘ You can pick your friends, but not your family’, but how many of us actually realise that our friends are also our family? I for one didn’t until I began the pathway I now find myself travelling along.

Becoming involved with Spirit and answering the call of Parafest and learning the importance of what it represents has opened my eyes very wide to the need of developing a unity of people, a family that harmonise as one, one where we see a balance of unity where all are of love for Spirit and the World in which we live. I personally saw and felt this harmony and Love more so at our last event here in the UK and was overjoyed at how many others also felt this, we truly were as a family and I opened our home following the event to spend time with everyone over breakfast and so many spoke of the fact that they didn’t want to leave, didn’t desire to return to the secular life they lead but desired to remain within the family fold, what beautiful things to say.

So now im excited as we move forward not only toward the next event of Parafest but to establishing a new centre, a place where everyone is always welcome, and Spirit have spoken to call it the Family House, the home in which all people will be able to come to learn of all Spiritual aspects and how Spirit in turn work through us to develop the community Spirit as is so needed.

Working with Spirit is like a Tree in many senses, for as we plant the seeds of Spirit we see growth follow, I guess it could be likened to our new centre becoming like a trunk from which we aim to develop growth of many branches and we hope that you the readers will become these branches.  Please feel free to write to me at any time through parafestinfo@aol.com to learn how you can become actively involved in the growth of the Spiritual tree.

Message from Parafest Organisers, the UK's respected Medium and Trance-Medium David Wharmby, and Fran Wharmby

 As we meander through our daily lives it is so easy to take so much for granted, we have a tendency to accept whatever is going on around us as normal never giving certain aspects a secondary thought and it is also the same at times when working with Spirit, we accept what comes along but is this right?

 Of course we all have questioning minds and even I have to admit to having asked Spirit if what I'm picking up on is correct, have I fully understood what is being said, and this is indeed the case when Spirit spoke to me of the Universal Passing Over.

 I sit in a closed circle every week and it was at one such sitting way back in 2004 that a Spirit named "Breen" came through. This was a new visitor to our circle and we felt very honoured having him present, he gave out such a warmth and powerful energy. He told us that when he lived amongst us in the physical sense he had been an Alchemist, but was now working as an emissary of the higher realms and that he had visited many Mediums and Circles over time bringing an important message and that he would carry on doing so until the message was not only heard but understood.

 In all honesty it initially went over my head and that of my other sitters and it wasn't until a couple of days later that a little voice spoke to me, this voice being one of my guides a little girl called Annie, she said to me "Hasn't the penny dropped yet?", and it then was as though the floodgates with my Spiritual connection opened and not only did I hear the message but it made absolute sense.

 Breen had spoken of a time of Universal change that was about to occur and how important it was now to begin uniting all likeminded people together for a great event, an event that had as yet never before occurred and would take place only four times. The first of these events was to be in 2006 following along in 2008, 2010, and finally in 2012.

 He spoke saying how it was time to bring about a World filled with love and light to help aid Spirit beings that as of yet had not crossed into their respective realms in Spirit. They had for the want of a better word become trapped or attached to the Ethereal level between our realms, and now was the time to begin sending them on their way. But how had they become trapped or stuck?  I asked and the answer was simple. Death to many has been sudden and swift, so swift that they have literally been wrenched from their physical body, be it by accident, crime, war, or natural disaster and equally saying there were still many remaining because of culture or religious upbringing, all had failed in some way to see the light and to cross at their natural time.

 So a calling was made by Spirit, a calling that was to emanate around the globe, a calling that was to unite people and countries together to aid and assist at this time. It was spoken how four countries would come together and within these countries would be a circle of twelve people, twelve people who worked with and were deeply connected to Spirit. So Trance Mediums were asked for and as the call went out we were answered from the USA, Canada, and New Zealand.

 So on 21st October 2006 at 9pm GMT in the UK and in the respective countries a beacon of light was created from all the combined love and energy not only of the twelve circles but also from those attending at that time, a beacon that shone around the World lighting a pathway, helping to guide many Spirits at this time where they were met by friends and loved ones.

 It was a very emotional time for those present at each gathering and the love and energy was indeed felt by all present. Through the aid of a spiritual radio station this event was broadcast live to many who could not physically attend one of the countries. Over 46,000 people tuned in and gave assistance from around the globe.

 And now the time is fast approaching once again for the second of these events. Saturday 20th September 2008 will see the second Universal Passing Over, whereby with more people attending and uniting an even larger beacon can be created, a brighter light enabling and assisting still more whom are waiting to cross, and it is to you the reader to whom we now appeal.

 Your presence and uniting is being asked of you by Spirit. Also at this time it has now been spoken that Healers will also be asked to unite alongside, not only to give physical healing but by a united stand together in each country.

 A World Healing En Masse can occur, a time to aid Spirit, aid Mankind, and aid our World.

 Parafest 2010 a time to show your love of Spirit, a time to show you care for them and one another, a time to show you desire a united front within our World.

 A time to unite.

Meditative Guidance by Spirit

The information and understanding of Parafest has been fed very gradually to me over a long period, and only just very recently I was honored to be taken to the realms of Spirit through Meditation, for an eye opening insight as to what Spirit are desiring.

Normally through Meditation I enter varying realms by going around the Light, to where my guides meet and greet me, however in my last sitting, my pathway around the light was barred, for this time I was driven to enter directly into the light itself.

As I did I felt as though I was encased within a large Crystal or Diamond, which emanated with pure energy of Love. The Light all around grew with intensity and I felt as though I was being projected upwards even higher then ever before.

  I then found myself in a clearing looking at what appeared to be a cut out within a large cliff face, there was a large waterfall cascading downwards, and all was totally serene and quiet. Standing before was a small gentleman, he didn’t appear to have any defined facial characteristics, which would determine any nationality, his head was shaved and he wore a simple white garment not unlike a toga.

  He beckoned me to follow and we began to descend a long wide white stone staircase, supported by small pillars of stone. At the bottom of the stairwell was a large white stone round table; upon it was a carving, which I recognized to be that of the Earth. Around the table sat twelve elderly men, all with long white hair and beards, they did not look up even though I knew they were aware of me.

  I was seated on a small table like bench, and as I looked around I was conscious of eleven other people present also sitting around the outside of the elderly men, again I saw no features but felt they were people of different nationality’s, people like myself from the physical realm.  The older men began to rise and as they did the table began to change shape, into a globe, into the Earth itself.

  Once it had taken shape it began to turn as the Earth does in Space, and from these 12 men a light began to shine down covering every part as it turned.

 Still no words were spoken but yet I heard them speaking through my mind. They began telling all present that they had begun a cleansing of the World and had been for a long time, and that how all 12 of us present were all individually chosen by Spirit to fulfill a purpose, al separate but equally all as one, for the tasks ahead although not simple were significant to the cleansing of the Earth.

  The cleansing had to occur in order for mankind to move forward to its ultimate purpose of existence. They went onto to say that all things as we conceive turn in motion, even life itself, for even though there is no beginning and there is no end we would expect to return to the point of origin, but we do not for the turning is not unlike that of a wheel, forever moving forward and it is finally gathering in momentum.

  For far too long mankind has tried to hasten the wheel along, in which it caused a falter or rift in time as we would say, for numerous cultures and society's felt that they had unraveled the meaning of life and existence, we speak of cultures like the Aztec's, the Atlantean’s, the Greeks, the Romans and as we see history shows the fall of every one, rather like a running child stumbling over, running before they had mastered the walk.

  To accomplish this run within mankind we as individuals have to enlighten even more people that Spirit is indeed a reality, a unification is being called upon to bring together people of all races, creeds and cultures to finally recognize there real pathway.

  We have to first look deep within ourselves, and master the purity being given from above, harness the love and understand it, thereby allowing us to guide the World together.

The Light then grew with intensity all around those present and I awoke from my meditation, but the immense energy was still with me, and those present from the circle in which I sat expressed the heat that came from me whilst in meditation and even still after were immense.

  It has made me aware that the event we have named Parafest although of real importance is merely a small part of even greater things to be revealed, which by 2012, all involved will indeed be laying a very significant role.
