Introduction To The Angels And Ascended Masters

Angels

 The Angels are the Messengers of the Light, or pure beings of Light that were created by God to demonstrate the many aspects of God. There are literally billions of them, many many legions and ranks of Angels (or spheres), and each have their own particular job, according to their creation, and they, like the Ascended Masters are more than willing to work with each and every single one of us for the highest good. They are reputed to have given up their freewill in the act of selfless service to God.

   Sphere 1:

SERAPHIM. Seraphim are closest to God and symbolise the highest order of the Angels. They are Angels of love, light and fire, whose purpose is to inflame the hearts of humans with Divine love and maintain its purity. The word Seraphim means 'the inflamer' and is derived from the Hebrew word Seraph, meaning burning. Seraphim are therefore the Angels of the Divine Fire. In the Old Testament they placed a glowing coal in Isaiah's lips, at which point he is cleansed of all Karma (the Universal Law of cause and effect).

CHERUBIM. Next closest to God are The Cherubim, who hold the energy signature of the stars and galaxies and who are responsible for keeping Celestial records and for imparting knowledge. Vast cosmic beings, they direct light of God in the form of love. They are charged with maintaining the purity of Gods love, which they radiate outwards into the entire Cosmos. However these mighty Cherubim are not cupid-like beings often portrayed in art. The word Cherubim means fullness of Gods knowledge and is derived from the Assyrian Karibu, meaning 'one who communicates'. Day and night, the Cherubim praise God.

THRONES. Thrones direct the justice of God, carrying the loving energy further outwards and ensuring that every planet is bathed in Gods perfect love. They carry out Gods wishes and maintain purity of the energy vibration. The Virgin Mary is said to be a Throne. Thrones are also referred to as Wheels because they have a pure, formless energy, resembling huge fiery spheres. In the Kabala they are known as Chariots or The Merkava.

Sphere 2:

DOMINIONS. Dominions oversee the lower Angelic Hierachy. They represent the Rule of God over the level where the Spiritual realms start to merge with the physical realms, and act as channels for Gods love through the energy of mercy. The Dominions symbols of authority are an orb or sceptre carried in their left hand and a staff of gold in their right hand.

VIRTUES. Also called The Lords of Light, the Virtues also channel immense Divine light and perform miracles on Earth. Sometimes known as the 'shining' or 'brilliant' ones, they are reputed to inspire the Saints, and they give out Grace and Valour. When he ascended to Heaven Jesus was accompanied by two of this order of Angels.

POWERS. These are Karmic Lords, who keep the Akashic records (records of all the happenings on Earth, including the deeds of all who have ever lived there), and give protection to human souls. Given the task of keeping demons under control, they act to prevent them from overthrowing the World. Powers are frequently viewed as the Angels of Death and Rebirth, and because they guide the pathways to Heaven, they can guide lost souls back onto their right path.

Sphere 3:

 PRINCIPALITIES. Principalities guide religions to the path of truth and are in charge of nations, cities and towns, as well as sacred sites. Principalities work with Guardian Angels to inspire us.

ARCHANGELS. Archangels are heralding Angels, who give out Gods messages to humanity. Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel and Michael are the best known Archangels. Each of them just as powerful as the next, they each have their own Divine assignment or blueprint and work very closely with humanity when called upon.

 GUARDIAN ANGELS. Everyone has at least one Guardian Angel, who will never leave your side, and will inspire, comfort and console you throughout your life. Your Guardian Angel is appointed to you when you first incarnate-it journeys with you throughout all of your incarnations, evolving with you as you evolve. Some feel that their Guardian Angel is actually their Higher Self, or The Divine Spark, or Buddha-Nature within everyone.

Ascended Masters

 The Ascended Masters are Spiritual Beings whom actually incarnated on the Earth in many physical embodiments such as we do, and during those embodiments they worked to reach enlightenment, ascension, or Christed status. They became successful and ascended so that they no longer had to stay on the wheel of karmic physical embodiment, in other words, no longer having to follow the process of incarnating into a physical body. Their own process of ascension does not end there however as we each continue to learn, albeit on a higher level. Humbly, each Ascended Master has lovingly agreed to remain available to serve humanity to assist us reach our own ascension.

 These loving and powerful masters each have their own particular skills and teaching to impart to us on the Earth, and have devoted themselves to God and ourselves in order to help humanity grow spiritually. It is for this reason that they each have particular qualities to teach us, and are more than willing to be called upon to assist us in whatever we ask of them, provided it serves the Divine Plan and our own souls growth.
